He has hit 331 sixes in 294 innings of 301 ODIs. Sanath Jayasuriya of Sri Lanka is at number three. This veteran opener hit 270 sixes in 433 innings of 445 matches. Rohit is just 25 sixes away from Jayasuriya's record.

 

Dhoni hit 229 sixes in their ODI career

Rohit is at number four. At the same time, former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is at number five with 229 sixes in 297 innings of 350 ODIs. Dhoni and Jayasuriya have retired. At the same time, Chris Gayle has been away from international cricket for a long time. Apart from Rohit and Dhoni, there are two more Indian players in the top-10 most sixes in ODIs. At the same time, Rohit has scored 9265 runs in 228 matches for the Indian team at an average of 49. If he scores 114 runs in Wednesday's match, then he will leave Azharuddin behind in the matter of scoring the most runs in ODIs. At the same time, he will reach number six in terms of scoring the most runs in ODIs.
