IPL 2024: KKR's victory depends only on Andre Russell and Sunil Narine. The former CSK star told the truth

Two all-rounders of Kolkata Knight Riders are making a splash in IPL 2024. Sunil Narine and Andre Russell, both explosive players from the Caribbean region, are looking in tremendous form this season. This season, KKR achieved a tremendous victory in the first three matches.

Both all-rounders played tremendous innings in all three matches. However, both of them did not bat in the fourth match against CSK and the team had to face defeat. The biggest question is whether KKR is too dependent on these two all-rounders.

When Jagran New Media journalist Piyush Jha asked the same question to former India and Chennai Super Kings cricketer Ambati Rayudu in the press room of the Star Sports show, he answered the same. He said that because of these two players, other players are getting a chance to play freely. At the same time, Shreyas Iyer is also going to perform well in the coming matches. At the same time, young players like Harshit Rana are also performing well.

Jadeja dominates against KKR

The diamond in the victory against Kolkata Knight Riders was the team's all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who laid the foundation of the team's victory in the first innings itself with his brilliant bowling and fielding. While bowling tightly, Jadeja not only took three wickets but also took two amazing catches.

His magic worked such that the KKR team, which scored the second-highest score in the IPL in the last match, could only score 137 runs for nine wickets in 20 overs. In response, CSK scored 141 runs for three wickets in 17.4 overs based on captain Ruturaj's unbeaten half-century.
