He was dismissed from his job only after complaints regarding this behavior were received. It was within this same timeframe—shortly after his dismissal—that he committed the crime.

In her formal complaint to the police, the victim from Alwar recounted that Rahul Meena had taken her husband to a wedding ceremony on his motorcycle.

The family previously lived in a different building nearby, but later moved to an apartment on one of the floors of their current building. She was an extremely studious young woman who was constantly immersed in her studies, and her dream was to become a civil servant.
