During this, Kim encouraged the armed forces to 'perpetuate victorious deeds' and display 'incomparable military power'.

The members of the Central Military Commission discussed several tasks aimed at promoting transformation in the Army. Including the issue of continuously expanding and intensifying operations and war exercises, and more rigorously carrying out war preparations.
