PM Modi will also participate in the SCO Summit

China's Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Bin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian PM Narendra Modi, and many top leaders of other countries will participate in the SCO meeting. This event will be held in Tianjin city of China.
