Weather Update: The mercury has started falling due to snowfall in the hilly areas. Be it Kashmir or Himachal, white sheets have started being spread everywhere at the beginning of December. Due to snowfall, cold has started increasing in the plains also. There are chances of fog along with cold in the capital Delhi and NCR.

 

How will the weather be in Delhi?

The weather pattern of the capital (Delhi Weather Update) is expected to change slightly. However, there will not be much increase in cold and it is likely to remain cloudy today. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will be like this for the next two days. There is a possibility of fog till this week. Along with this, cold winds can also blow during the day.

 

Heavy snowfall in Kashmir and Himachal

Heavy snowfall has been seen in Kashmir and Himachal. White sheets have been spread in Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Poonch and Kishtwar. Due to snowfall, there has also been an increase in the number of soldiers coming to the mountains.

 

Temperature dropped due to rain in Punjab, and cold increased

Due to rain in Punjab, the temperature has dropped by six degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in many areas even today, which may increase the chill. Due to rain, the minimum temperature dropped to 13 degrees. However, farmers' faces lit up as this would help in wheat sowing.

 

The chance of rain in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be unseasonal rain in Madhya Pradesh for a few more days. At the same time, there is a possibility of light rain in some areas of Uttarakhand, Punjab, Delhi, UP, Bihar, and Chhattisgarh. After the rain, there will be an increase in cold here.
