Weather Update: Weather patterns will change again, with fog in Delhi and clouds in UP-Bihar; Know the condition of other states

Weather Update: It is raining in many parts of the country along with snowfall in the mountains. At the same time, after the rain on Sunday in the national capital, the weather appeared clear but coldness was felt due to cold winds. There was relief from fog due to rain in Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, apart from Delhi, warnings of rain and fog have been issued in many states.

 

According to the Meteorological Department, the sky will clear in Delhi after Monday. Then the minimum temperature may once again drop to four degrees Celsius. Due to this, the cold may increase again in the morning from Tuesday and the minimum temperature may reach seven degrees Celsius on Wednesday. If we talk about the mountains, the conditions range from cold days to severe cold days in some parts of Himachal Pradesh.

How will be the weather in Delhi?

Regarding the weather in Delhi, the Meteorological Department says that the sky will clear after Monday. Then the minimum temperature may once again drop to four degrees Celsius. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be more fog in the next two days. During this period, there will be a partly cloudy sky along with dense fog on Monday. For this reason, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Monday.

 

After Sunday's rain, an outbreak of cold winds and cold waves was seen in the national capital Delhi. Despite clear weather, fog was seen in many areas. Trains and airplanes were affected due to fog. Due to fog and cold waves, the operation of many trains was delayed. At the same time, due to fog in the capital, many flights were delayed and flight operations were affected.

 

The temperature dropped again in Punjab

It rained throughout the day in Punjab on Sunday. The rain, which started amid strong winds at five in the morning, continued intermittently till night. Due to continuous rain during this period, the chill increased due to blowing winds and the day temperature also dropped. According to the IMD forecast, there may be fog on Monday morning. Visibility may be less than twenty meters at many places between 5 am and 9 am.

 

Snowfall continues in hilly areas of Jammu

In Jammu and Kashmir, there was snowfall in the hilly areas and heavy rain in the plains on Sunday. Due to rain and snowfall, people faced a double attack of cold. Many flights had to be canceled due to continuous snowfall. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall on Monday also. At the same time, there was moderate snowfall in the plains of Kashmir, while there was heavy snowfall in the higher areas. In the Jammu division too, a lot of snow has fallen in the high-altitude areas.

 

The chance of rain in these states

During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain and snow may occur over the Western Himalayas and will reduce significantly thereafter. At the same time, light to moderate rain is possible in parts of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, North Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar.

 

What will be the weather conditions in these states?

According to the Meteorological Department, light rain and snowfall are possible in Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. Light rain is possible in East Assam. Dense to very dense fog may occur in different parts of Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi. Dense fog may occur in parts of Odisha and Northeast India. Cold day conditions may occur in different areas of Himachal Pradesh.
