Political mercury has been on the rise in Pakistan for the last three days. Imran Khan and the entire opposition are face to face and the ball has been put in the court of the Supreme Court for the time being. The opposition has requested the Supreme Court to hear the matter through a full-court bench. PML-N leader Shahbaz Sharif says if there was a legal impediment to the no-confidence motion, why did the speaker accept it on March 8.

Supreme Court's stand

On Monday, during the hearing of the case against the Deputy Speaker's decision to reject the no-confidence motion of the opposition in the National Assembly, the Supreme Court had asked all the parties to hear and know their views. Now the matter is to be heard today. Amidst the ongoing debate on this issue in the media of Pakistan, it has come to the fore that the Supreme Court has already delayed the decision in this matter. In such a situation, if there is more delay then it will not be good for Pakistan.

India and Britain are examples of democracy

During the debate in the Pakistan media, India's name was also taken among the countries that follow the law and constitution in the parliamentary system. During the debate on Geo News, Pakistan's senior journalist Hamid Mir has said that the constitution was never violated in Britain or India. He also said that these countries have been an example of a parliamentary system and democracy. But such a thing has never been seen in Pakistan.

the decision should be made soon

During this, other guests involved in the debate said that since the formation of Pakistan, many times such a situation has arisen in the country when democracy and constitution were made fun of, and then with time we moved ahead. But what happened during that time opened a way for other people to follow the same path. So this option must be turned off. Therefore, the Supreme Court should give its verdict soon.

President violated the order of the court

Hamid Mir even said that on Sunday itself, the Supreme Court had passed an order taking suo moto cognizance in this matter, which said that the President or the Prime Minister will not pronounce any decision without his permission. Even after this, the President has defied the court by passing an order to Imran Khan to act as the caretaker of the Prime Minister. In such a situation, along with the PM, the President has also made fun of the Constitution.
