The MPs had also given notices regarding this, but Chairman Venkaiah Naidu did not allow the discussion. Opposition MPs started a ruckus when the notice was denied. Opposition MPs started raising slogans near the chair's podium. Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned till Tuesday.
Walkout of opposition MPs from Lok Sabha
In the Rajya Sabha, there was a loud uproar in the Lok Sabha on the issue of inflation. Opposition MPs were opposing the rising prices and inflation of petrol and diesel. MPs from Congress, TMC, Left parties and Shiv Sena staged a walkout from the House.
