Bihar: Nitish Kumar government will have to remove three Yadavs, one Kurmi minister; This is the formula of Rahul Gandhi and Lalu Yadav

Posted on 5th Oct 2023 01:41 pm by rohit kumar

A big dream project of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was completed on Gandhi Jayanti. Caste census records were released. Immediately after its release, Congress's number one leader Rahul Gandhi called out - "Whose population is his, his participation is so much." Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) national president Lalu Prasad Yadav also gave the same voice. When will this happen in other places, if the Nitish government implements it in the much-awaited cabinet expansion, then the experiment will also be done. If the Nitish government wants to bring the cabinet back on track based on caste instead of talent or experience, then it will have to make a big change. The cabinet will have to be reconstituted. In this, RJD's base caste will suffer the biggest blow. How, understand.

First, know the mathematics of ministerial post in the assembly.

There are 243 seats in Bihar Assembly. Of these, a maximum of 15 percent can be ministers. Meaning, 36 ministers can be made. Currently, there are 31 ministers. Congress is demanding four ministerial posts for its 19 MLAs. He has two ministers. Before the opposition unity meeting on June 23, it had received assurance that it would be extended after this date, but to date, it has not happened. Two RJD ministers have moved or been removed. Meaning, these are the four ministerial posts. The only thing left is that RJD-JDU can decide on their own. Only, it has to be seen that the MLA of the caste in which the minister has a share is in the party.

Muslims should get one more ministerial post

If we look at the caste census of Bihar and the religion of the ruling party MLAs, the distribution of ministerial posts is possible only between Hindus and Muslims. This census has shown that the population of people of Muslim religion in Bihar is 17.7 percent. According to that, he should have six ministerial posts out of 36. There are five now. Meaning, that he should be given a ministerial post. Mohd. Representation of Agada Muslim in Nitish Kumar's cabinet. Jama Khan and Dr. Shamim Ahmed are doing it. Jama Khan has joined JDU after winning from BSP. Dr. Shamim Ahmed is from RJD. Now talking about the backward class of Muslims, Congressman Afaq Alam is a minister, while Shahnawaz Alam, who left Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM and joined RJD, is also a minister. RJD's Mohd. There is also Israel Mansouri.

If we listen to Lalu then the strength of Yadavs will decrease.

In the caste census of Bihar, the population of Kurmi, the caste of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, is 2.87 percent. Now if we take out a 2.87 percent share of 36 ministerial posts, then only one ministerial post should be with this caste. If he continues to hold the post of Chief Minister, Minister Shravan Kumar will have to be ousted. Dhanuk has been shown as a separate caste and its population is 2.13 percent. According to the population, it does not have a share of a single ministerial post, although Sheela Kumari Mandal is a minister from this caste. There is no profit or loss for the Bhumihar caste because according to the population, there should be only one minister of this caste and that is Vijay Kumar Chaudhary. The biggest loss is visible to RJD's vote base. In Bihar, 14.26 percent of Yadavs are reported and according to this, out of 36 ministers, five ministers belong to this caste, while eight ministers are - Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav, Surendra Prasad Yadav, Dr. Ramanand Yadav, Lalit Kumar Yadav, Dr. Chandrashekhar Yadav and Jitendra Kumar Rai. According to the population, three Yadav ministers will have to be removed. In Nitish Kumar's Luv-Kush equation, the number of Kush i.e. Koeri ministers is two, while the share of one and a half ministers is as per the population. Both Alok Mehta and Jayant Raj can also be retained.

Dusadh will have to be brought in, Chamar-Paasi will have to be removed

The government itself has declared caste and there is talk of sharing according to population. In such a situation, if we look at the calculations, the only minister from the Pasi caste, which has a population of only 0.98, Dr. Ashok Choudhary will have to leave the chair. Because, according to mathematics, the share of ministerial posts is 0.35. There are two Rajput ministers in Nitish's cabinet – Leshi Singh and Sumit Kumar Singh. According to the population, one and a quarter of ministers can be made, meaning there should be only one. If the population of Mallah is 2.6 percent then it can be given 0.93 ministerial posts, i.e. maximum one. Madan Sahani is in the cabinet with this stake. Musahar also has a population of 3.08 percent and should get a ministerial share. JDU has given this to Ratnesh Sada. The Brahmin population is 3.65 percent and Sanjay Jha holds the ministerial post. The population of Bania is 2.31 and it should also get a maximum of one ministerial post. Sameer Kumar remains a Mahaseth. The population of Dusadh is 5.21 percent, which means its share in ministerial posts is 1.87 percent. Apart from Kumar Sarvjeet, one more minister can be made. The population of Nonia is 1.91 and the share of ministers is 0.68. In such a situation, it can be given a ministerial post and Anita Devi has taken part. Among the castes that have suffered losses are Chamar, whose population is 5.25. According to the population, its share is 1.89 percent. Meaning, that two ministers can be made. Sunil Kumar, Surendra Ram, and Murari Prasad Gautam are from this caste. One of these will have to be removed.

If 10 seats remain vacant due to Lalu-Rahul's formula...

As per the population, the share will be the same - Following this formula of Rahul Gandhi and Lalu Prasad Yadav, six ministerial posts will be distributed among Muslims and 30 ministerial posts among Hindus. At present, according to the number of ministers from different Hindu castes or the vacant posts, the posts of 10 ministers appear to be finally vacant. The Dusadh caste should get one seat in this. In the remaining nine, castes with more than one percent population should be given a chance, such as Teli (2.81% population), Kanu (2.21% population), Paan (1.7% population), Chandravanshi (1.64% population), Nai (1.59% population). population), potters (1.4% population), carpenters (1.4% population), etc. Even after this, if one or two seats are left, then we should look towards those who have less than one percent of the population because sometimes the government can stand or fall not by one percent but even by one seat.
