Congress President election became interesting
Shashi Tharoor will file nomination papers on September 30 at 11 am. The President of the Central Election Authority of the Congress, Madhusudan Mistry, was informed on behalf of his representative regarding the nomination of Shashi Tharoor. After the release of the notification for the election of Congress President, Shashi Tharoor was the first to talk about contesting the elections.
