After the rebellion of pro-Gehlot MLAs in Rajasthan Congress, the name of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot was told out of the race for the post of president. However, Gehlot is not out of the race yet. Sources say that Gehlot will file a nomination for the presidential election only when consent is received from the Gandhi family.
