Intensive investigation orders:

 

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has directed the officials to conduct a thorough investigation of people from outside the state. Keep monitoring it continuously. Also pay attention to their health test. Keep an eye on their health report as well. At the same time, the Chief Minister also appealed to the people not to hide their travel history. Immediately check for signs of common cold, cough and fever. The Chief Minister, along with the Chief Secretary and the senior officials, inquired about the latest situation regarding the corona infection and reviewed the work being done to prevent it and gave many instructions.

 

The Chief Minister said that Corona infection is being investigated at six places. Corona chains can be broken in time by fast contact tracing, samples collected and tested. The Chief Minister said that in the past it was a trend to see that people from abroad were infected first. The people of his contacts were then found infected. This chain of infection has been broken to a great extent, but now a new trend is being found that migrant laborers or people from outside the state are getting infection and it is spreading through them. He said that for this, intensive house-to-house screening is necessary so that this new trend of corona infection can be controlled. The Chief Minister said that patients infected with Corona are constantly recovering and going to their homes. People need not panic. People keep following social distancing. Be patient, be vigilant, be vigilant, then you will be healthy.

 

Ensure availability of necessary equipment

 

The Chief Minister has directed the Health Department to ensure availability of ventilators, testing kits, PPE kits, medicines and necessary equipments from every possible source so that proper use can be made as per the requirement. There will be no shortage of funds for this. Substantial funds are still available in the Corona Eradication Fund. The Chief Minister also directed that along with Corona infection, complete vigilance should also be taken regarding AES, JE, Bird Flu and Swine Fever.

 

Patients are increasing:

 

A total of 23 new corona victims, including 9 in Gopalganj, Bihar and 6 in Rohtas, were identified on Sunday. Health Department Principal Secretary Sanjay Kumar said that 4 patients have been found in East Champaran, 1 in Jehanabad, 3 in Arwal, corona virus patients. With this, the number of corona patients in the state increased to 287.

 

56 corona patients have recovered and returned home

 

He told that information is being sought from all Corona positive patients. At the same time, according to information received from the health department, 56 corona patients have recovered and returned to their homes. Of these, 11 patients have been sent back to Conghar in the last 24 hours. Also, 17 thousand 41 samples have been investigated in Bihar so far.
