Why more likely to select two phases
The assembly elections in Bihar were held in five-six stages during about 30-35 years. The year 2010 was held in six phases, five in 2015 and three in 2020. This time, due to special intensive revision of voters, the rest of the preparations for the first election of Durga Puja could not be made. This month is also the Mahaparva Chhath of Deepawali, and then the folk faith. In such a situation, voting is not likely till 27-28. Political parties also appealed to keep the voting dates only after Chhath. Along with this, it is also worth noting that under the provision of the tenure of the assembly, a decision is to be taken for the new government in Bihar before November 22.
