Actress, Preity Zinta has lodged an FIR against Ness Wadia for molesting and abusing her publicly in Wankhede Stadium. The incident happened during a match of Kings XI Punjab vs CSK. Police has started investigating the matter and would soon get the footage of CCTV in Wankhede Stadium in the case. Mr. Ness Wadia denied the charges and said that they are completely false and baseless.
Although Mr. Ness Wadia is not arrested in the case as Police is investigating the matter through CCTV footage and eye witnesses but charges are made under IPC sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman).
