He recently said that SpaceX has spent about $80 million to enable and support Starlink in Ukraine. CNN reported on Thursday that SpaceX sent a letter to the Pentagon last month saying it could not continue Starlink service in Ukraine and that funding may have to be cut. It said it could not fund it on its own unless the US military provided tens of millions of dollars a month in aid. There has been no statement from SpaceX on this.
