If action is taken against Accountant, Revenue Inspector, etc. then Divisional Commissioner and DM will also be held accountable. Do not give posting on recommendation
He told all the DMs and police captains that every posting should be based on merit only. If field posting of anyone has been done anywhere on the recommendation or under someone's pressure, it will be taken seriously. Releasing the report of the performance in IGRS, the Chief Minister said that the officers are deployed for the public, meeting the public and solving their problems should be the top priority. The officer/employee posted in the field who is not able to do this should leave the field posting immediately.
