Shimla, Jan 1 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and Governor Urmila Singh greeted the people on New Year Thursday.

In his message, the chief minister wished that the life of people is filled with joy and happiness in the New Year.

He expressed confidence that the state would achieve new heights this year.

Governor Urmila Singh hoped that this year would bring happiness and prosperity to the people.
