Morigaon (Assam): Home minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah lashed out at the Congress and its alliance partner AIUDF at an Assam rally today. During this, he said that when the next BJP government is formed in Assam, it will enact a law to stop 'Love and Land Jihad'.

Amit Shah said at a rally in Morigaon that the BJP will not allow AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal to become the identity of Assam. He said that Rahul Gandhi says that Badruddin Ajmal is the identity of Assam. Badruddin Ajmal may be an identity for the Congress party but may not be for Assam. The identity of Assam can be Shriman Shankar Dev, Shriman Madhavdev Ji.

If Congress and Badruddin's government came to Assam by mistake, then there will be a flood of infiltrators in Assam again. Do you want infiltrators in Assam? Assam intruder wants free Assam or not? The Congress party cannot give an intruder-free Assam.

The jungles of Kaziranga were captured by intruders. Badruddin Ajmal did the job of changing the identity of Assam through Land Jihad. The Congress is with the same Badruddin Ajmal today.

He said that BJP has made Assam movement-free, terrorism-free. Now we will make Assam intruder-free and flood-free. In Assam, about 7 percent of the land is taken away by rivers every 5 years. For its conservation, large ponds will be built around the Brahmaputra.

Amit Shah said that the Congress party is a party scattered all over the country. They have no agenda left apart from brother-sister tours. Congress cannot develop Assam. Assam can be developed by the BJP under the leadership of Modi Ji.

Votes will be cast in three phases in Assam and the results will be announced along with West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry on 2 May. Voting for the first phase in Assam will take place tomorrow.
