Why the performance happening?

The Central Government has enacted 3 laws for agricultural reforms: The Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act; The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Act and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act were enacted. In protest against these, farmers of Punjab and Haryana have been on the roads for the last two months.
