Corona Alert: 3,325 new cases of corona came in the last 24 hours, and the number of active patients crossed 44,000

There is a continuous decline in the cases of corona in the country. In the last 24 hours, 3,325 new cases of corona have been reported. Compared to Monday, there has been a significant decline in new cases. With this, the number of active patients in the country has crossed 44 thousand. At present, 44,175 corona-infected patients are being treated in the country.

 

4.49 crore cases so far

 

So far 4.49 crore people have come under the grip of Corona in the country. Active cases now account for 0.11% of the total infections. 17 people have also died due to corona in the country in the past. With this, the death toll in the country has increased to 5,31,564.

Earlier, according to the data of the Union Health Ministry, 4 thousand 282 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours on Monday. At the same time, a decline can also be seen in active cases. From 47 thousand 246, it has reduced to 44 thousand 175.

 

Recovery rate 98.71 percent

 

As per the data shared on the website of the ministry, the national Covid recovery rate has been recorded at 98.71 percent. The number of people who have recovered from the infection has increased to 4,43,77,257, while the death rate remains at 1.18 percent. A total of 220.66 crore doses of Covid vaccine have been given so far in the country under the nationwide Covid-19 vaccination campaign.
