
Giving information, a US federal agency said that enough applications have been received to reach the 65,000 H-1B visa limit set by Congress for the fiscal year 2022. The US can issue a maximum of 65,000 H-1B visas per year and an additional 20,000 H-1B visas under the American Advanced Degree Exemption categories, as ordered by the US Parliament.

USCIC gave information
The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIC), which processes visa applications it receives annually, said it has received enough applications to reach the threshold set by Parliament for the fiscal year 2022. Applicants who have not been selected for registration have been informed through their online accounts.
