मुंबई: कल शाम मुंबई के बांद्रा स्टेशन पर सैकड़ों प्रवासियों के इकट्ठा होने की अफवाह के कारण एक शख्स ने भारी कोरोनोवायरस के डर को बढ़ाते हुए आज गिरफ्तार कर लिया। गिरफ्तार किए गए व्यक्ति विनय दुबे ने कई सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट चलाए, जिसमें उन्होंने "चलो घर की ओर (चलो घर चलें)" नामक एक अभियान को आगे बढ़ाया, जिसके बारे में माना जाता है कि वे लंबे समय तक लॉकडाउन से फंसे प्रवासियों को उनके पैतृक गाँवों में लौटने के लिए उकसाते थे। ।

पुलिस ने बताया कि दुबे को कल रात नवी मुंबई में उसके घर से गिरफ्तार किया गया था।

 

कल से प्रचलन में एक वीडियो में, उन्होंने सुना है कि सरकार प्रवासियों के लिए एक यात्रा घर आयोजित करने के लिए कह रही है, क्योंकि लॉकडाउन "14 अप्रैल को खत्म हो जाएगा"। उनका दावा है कि उन्होंने 40 बसों की व्यवस्था की है और उन्हें संचालित करने के लिए अनुमति की आवश्यकता है।

वह अपने वीडियो में कहते हैं कि प्रवासियों को बिना नौकरी के घर से बहुत दूर या वायरस के लॉकडाउन के कारण आश्रय मिलता है या तो घर जाने या जहां वे हैं वहां मरने का विकल्प होता है।

 

पिछले महीने से अचानक बंद होने के कारण हजारों प्रवासी कामगारों को नौकरी, भोजन या आश्रय के बिना छोड़ दिया गया, जिसने कई लोगों को अपने परिवार और सामान लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया और पैदल घर के लिए शुरू हुए।

 

कई लोगों को बीच रास्ते में ही रोक दिया गया और आश्रयों में डाल दिया गया, लेकिन प्रवासियों ने तंग क्वार्टरों में पैक होने और भोजन के लिए घंटों इंतजार करने की शिकायत की।
