Mamata Banerjee Delhi Visit: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 24. Meeting PM Modi, CM Mamta will raise the issue of increasing the scope of BSF and Tripura violence among other issues. After coming to Delhi this evening, Mamta Banerjee will meet the protesting TMC MPs. However, she will not attend the performance.

 

Regarding the Delhi tour, Mamta Banerjee said, "I will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi during my visit to Delhi. Will raise the issue of expansion of BSF's jurisdiction." A delegation of 15 Trinamool Congress (TMC) MPs reached Delhi on the night of 21 November regarding this. He had sought an appointment with Union Home Minister Amit Shah over the alleged police brutality in Tripura. Along with this, the MPs had announced to sit on dharna in Delhi today. Regarding this, Mamta Banerjee said, "Will express solidarity with TMC MPs against the attack on party workers in Tripura during Delhi tour and will take up this matter when I meet the PM."

 

It is known that before the Parliament session, Mamata Banerjee's three-day visit to Delhi is considered very important. It is believed that after the withdrawal of the three agricultural laws, she will try to unite the opposition to lay siege to the government on many more issues, including the rights of the BSF. At the same time, after the announcement of the withdrawal of agricultural laws, the opposition has once again got the issue of laying siege to the government in Parliament. According to information received from sources, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee can meet other leaders of the opposition apart from the top Congress leaders.
