Politics continued in Bihar on Wednesday after the Chief Minister's statement on women on Tuesday. Amidst the opposition from BJP, Grand Alliance allies JDU, RJD and Congress and leaders of Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) came out in support of Nitish Kumar.

Did you apologize for Sonia Tharoor's relationship?

RJD, which came out in support of the Chief Minister, said that the Prime Minister had apologized for using abusive language for the friendship of Sonia Gandhi-Shashi Tharoor.

Senior RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari said that people have not forgotten how the Prime Minister had used words like Jersey cow for Indira Gandhi's daughter-in-law and Rajiv Gandhi's wife. He said that the Chief Minister has shown greatness and expressed regret for his words.

BJP only knows how to do politics

Congress hit back amid BJP's allegations. Senior Congress leader and Legislative Councilor Premchand Mishra said that BJP knows nothing except politics on any issue.

Many times a mistake is made while speaking to any person. It is the nobleness of the Chief Minister that he has expressed his regret by standing in the House.

At the same time, the leader and MP of Nitish Kumar's party Janata Dal United (JDU) Lalan Singh has also given a strange argument on the Chief Minister's statement. He said in defense, what wrong did the CM say? Everyone knows why boys and girls get married. He said that ultimately marriage takes place only to carry forward the lineage.

BJP's job is to create a ruckus

While chanting, National President of Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) Pappu Yadav said that the job of the BJP is to create a ruckus on one thing or the other. They don't know anything else.

He said that there is a need to understand the concept of Nitish Kumar ji. He has talked about population control through education, which is not wrong at all.
