He and his son took Radhika to the hospital.

Father Deepak had said in his statement to the police that whenever he used to go out, people used to taunt him by calling him a father who eats his daughter's earnings.

The mother had also refused to record her statement to the police. After the murder, Deepak's cousins talked to the media. However, they also did not have exact information about the reasons.
