The Delhi Police food-testing team will stay put in the hotel during the three-day visit of the US president, beginning Jan 25 early morning.
The process of testing the food will be completed 15 minutes before it is to be served to Obama after which it will be kept under strict watch to ensure no one comes near the food or is able to tamper with it, privileged sources told IANS..
An advance US Secret Service team has already checked into the hotel. The drinking water to be served to the US president will also pass through stringent checking.
