Technocraft Ventures IPO: Strong Listing Beats GMP Expectations

Technocraft Ventures' market debut clearly outperformed the grey market's expectations. While the prevailing GMP pointed to a listing around ₹254, the shares actually opened at ₹285 on the BSE.

The combination of strong IPO subscription, robust investor demand and a premium listing made Technocraft Ventures one of the notable IPO debuts of the day.

However, the listing gain reflects the opening market price and does not guarantee future returns. Investors should evaluate the company's financial performance, valuation and business prospects before making investment decisions.
