Tuesday has proved to be auspicious for the residents of Uttar Pradesh. There is relief news for the people who have been hit by the second wave of Corona for more than two months. Because of the continuously decreasing infection in the state, CM Yogi Adityanath has now announced to make all the districts free from corona curfew. There have been less than 600 active cases in all the districts of the state. Now night curfew will be applicable only from 7 pm to 7 am. This arrangement will come into effect from Wednesday, June 9.
The policy of trace, test, and treat of the UP government has proved successful in the control of corona infection. As a result of this, the cases of infection are continuously decreasing. The state government claims that even after a population of 25 crores, as many active cases are left in UP, new cases are coming in many states. Now there are 14 thousand total active cases left in the state. In the last 24 hours, in the corona test of 2.85 lakh people, 797 people have been found infected. The Uttar Pradesh Yogi government had imposed a partial corona curfew in all 75 districts to break the chain of infection. Along with this night curfew and weekly closure of Saturday and Sunday. When the cases of infection started decreasing due to these efforts, the government made arrangements that the districts which would have less than 600 active cases would be given relaxation in the corona curfew for five days a week. In this way, the districts were improving very fast and now all 75 districts have been exempted from Corona Curfew. Night curfew and weekly bandh will remain in force.
Yogi Adityanath, during a review meeting of corona management with senior officials on Tuesday, found that there are now less than 600 active cases of corona in all the districts of the state. On this, it was instructed that now all the districts should be given relief from the corona curfew. Now from Wednesday, permission will be given to open the market and other activities with the prescribed rules and conditions. However, CM Yogi has given instructions to keep the arrangements for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19 continuously strong.
