Prayagraj has become an ocean of Sanatanis on the holy bathing festival of Mauni Amavasya. In view of the increasing crowd of devotees who have reached Mahakumbh city with the hope of taking a holy dip in the Sangam, the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath and prominent saints have issued an appeal.

Chief Minister Yogi has said that devotees should bathe near whichever ghat of Maa Ganga they are, and should not try to go towards Sangam Nose. Many ghats have been built for bathers, where bathing can be done conveniently. He has appealed to everyone to follow the instructions of the fair administration. CM Yogi has appealed to everyone not to pay attention to any kind of rumors.

Give up the insistence on bathing in Sangam.

Along with CM Yogi, religious gurus have also appealed to the devotees. Swami Rambhadracharya appealed to the devotees coming to the Mahakumbh that all of them should give up the insistence on bathing in Sangam and take a bath at the nearest ghat. People should not come out of their camp. Protect yourself and each other. As the prominent saint of the Vaishnav sect, he appealed to all the akhadas and devotees to avoid rumors.

Take a bath carefully while following self-discipline.

Baba Ramdev has said that in view of this crowd of crores of devotees, we have only taken a symbolic bath for now. Along with this, the welfare of the entire nation and the world has been wished for. He urged everyone not to get carried away by the excess of devotion and to take a bath carefully while following self-discipline. At the same time, Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Avdheshanand Giri of Juna Akhada also said that we have taken a symbolic bath for now.

The safety of devotees is the most important

Akhada Parishad President Ravindra Puri said that at this time more than 12 crore devotees are in Prayagraj. It is difficult to control such a large crowd. We have a crowd of lakhs of saints with us. The safety of devotees is most important for us.
