इस जन-मंथन से उठ आई पहली रत्न-हिलोर
अभी शेष है पूरी होना जीवन-मुक्ता-डोर
क्यों कि नहीं मिट पाई दुख की विगत साँवली कोर
ले युग की पतवार बने अंबुधि समान रहना।
आज रात दुख वाली है तो कल दिवाली है,
