On June 14, Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging from the fan in his flat. The Central Forensic Science Lab has not received any foul play regarding his death. After recounting the crime scene in the flat in Bandra, the agency found that Sushant died due to hanging. Overall, after the drug angle in the case, the entire case has turned towards the Bollywood connection of drug mafia.
Links to drug mafia stemming from the interrogation of Sushant's girlfriend Rhea and his brother Showik are joining A-listers like Deepika Padukone, Dia Mirza, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakulpreet Singh, Sara Ali Khan. Discoveries are happening in this research very fast and equally big names are being added one by one.
On Wednesday, NCB has also issued summons to Deepika, Shraddha, Sara, and Rakul Preet for questioning in this case. On the other hand, on the lead of paddlers, the police in Bangalore have caught different types of drugs worth Rs 3.3 crore and in Surat Rs 1.4 crore.
NCB solving some new clues every day
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which is investigating Sushant at the center, is surprised to see the deep roots of drug peddlers in Bollywood. The connections are so complex and so deep that they have to call another team from Delhi. The NCB has so far detained a dozen drug paddlers.
In the last 23 days, NCB has succeeded in capturing the role of middlemen in the celeb-paddlers connection. This is the reason why big celeb names are coming out. A flamboyant official, on the condition of anonymity, said that they are strategizing every day and instead of bringing big names together, they are giving clues one by one.
Over 28 characters altogether
After nearly four weeks of much research, the NCB is now clearly seeing 28 main characters on three layers in the Bollywood drug mafia.
First layer: At the top of this, according to the first revelations, there are three people in the staff of Sushant, Rhea, Showik, Sushant's housekeeper Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi, Jaya Saha, and Sushant.
Second layer: The middle layer has 7 big celebs with direct connections to Sushant, Rhea, and Jaya Saha. The biggest name is Deepika Padukone who is trapped due to the link between Jaya Saha and her manager Karishma Prakash.
Third layer: This is the lowest and ground layer. This includes more than 12 paddlers with no face. These are the same people who used to supply drugs to the celeb. It is being told that there is evidence of a direct deal between Sushant's housekeeper Samuel Miranda and paddler Sohail.
More than a dozen paddlers in custody
Many big names are likely to be revealed right now surrounded by Bollywood and drug suppliers. Currently, 10 to 15 drug peddlers are in NCB custody and all are being questioned. Let me tell you, one of these drug peddlers revealed the name of Dia Mirza on Monday evening.
All these drug peddlers are vicious criminals who used to come and go in the big celeb parties of Bollywood. In the past, one such paddler told the TV channel that the matter of drugs looks special and strange to you, but it is very common in Bollywood. Famous and A-lister celebs take drugs at parties and you can see how they come out swinging.
Rhea-Showik's chat is the biggest clue
Sushant and his related drugs case is being investigated by top agencies like CBI, ED, and NCB. Due to this new revelations are being made. Since the talk of drugs surfaced in Rhea and her brother Showik's chat, almost the whole of Bollywood has been directly involved with the drug connection.
The names of drug paddlers Abdul Basit and Zaid Vilatra, apart from Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan, were revealed during NCB's interrogation of Rhea. Now there are also signs of disclosure of many big names fond of page-3 and fun parties. It may also include the names of celebrities from other regions besides Bollywood.
Jaya Saha, the link between paddlers and celeb
After Rhea and Sushant's talent manager Jaya Saha's drug chat surfaced, every big celeb who has been in contact with Jaya is sleepy. In Jaya's drug chat, many celebs are reported to have told drug prescriptions to relieve depression.
Names of Shraddha Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Karishma Prakash, Namrata Shirodkar, Madhu Mantena have also appeared in the drug chat of Jaya Saha, who works with Bollywood veteran Cowan Management Company. Deepika's entanglement in all of these is surprised because somewhere her depression is also seen related to drug addiction.
Her close relationship with her manager Karishma Prakash is well known and Karishma's connection to Jaya Saha could put Deepika in trouble.
Deepika stops shooting of Karan Johar's film in Goa
Deepika has been silent since the drug chat went viral. Recently she arrived in Goa to shoot for the upcoming film produced by Karan Johar. But, now the shooting of the untitled film has been stopped. Deepika started shooting last week with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey. Shakun Batra is directing this film. A few days ago Karan Johar also reached Goa with mother and children.
