Shimla, Jan 16 (IANS) A cold wave continued to grip the hills of Himachal Pradesh Friday with Keylong town recording the lowest temperature at minus 12.2 degrees Celsius in the state.
Kalpa in Kinnaur district was the second coldest place with a minimum temperature of minus 5 degrees Celsius, an official of the meteorological office here told IANS.
The minimum temperature in Shimla was 1.7 degrees Celsius, whereas the maximum stayed at 12.4 degrees.
