New Delhi, Feb 20 (IANS) It will be a partly cloudy Friday in the national capital with the possibility of light rainfall in some parts of the city.
"The sky will be partly cloudy and one or two spells of very light rain or thundershowers could occur in some areas till evening," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The day's minimum temperature settled seven notches above the season's average at 18.5 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.
The city received 1.8 mm of rainfall till Friday morning.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 83 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled at 29.3 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled six notches above the season's average at 17 degrees Celsius.
