DGCA issued advisory

In August, the DGCA issued an advisory to all airports in the country, warning about the danger to flights from wildlife and birds. The move was issued after several incidents of birds colliding with planes. This includes regular patrolling at the airport by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, informing pilots to be alert during the monsoon period to avoid such incidents. Along with this, it was also made mandatory to send reports of wildlife risk management to airports every month.
