Indian batsman Virat Kohli is counted among the fittest cricketers in the world. He recently scored his 30th century in the red ball format in the first Test match against Australia and now he is preparing for the Adelaide Test to be held from Friday. Before this match, Bollywood actress and Kohli's wife Anushka Sharma revealed the secret of this star batsman's fitness.

 

Fans are expecting great batting from this 36-year-old batsman, but Anushka has revealed what is the secret of Kohli's fitness. Before the Pink Ball Test, a video went viral on social media in which Anushka was telling things related to Kohli's health and lifestyle. Anushka said, honestly want to tell one thing that Kohli is very disciplined about his health and fitness. I think this is happening in our industry now as well.

 

Kohli does not compromise on sleep.

 

Anushka said that Kohli's daily routine is such that it helps him stay fit. Kohli wakes up every morning and does cardio and then practices cricket with him. Anushka said, 'Kohli does not eat junk food at all and he has not eaten butter chicken for 10 years. Kohli does not compromise on sleep and takes care that he gets complete rest.' According to Anushka, this is the secret of Kohli's fitness, due to which he remains the top player in the world.

 

Kohli achieved the feat in the Perth Test

 

Kohli achieved the feat with his century in the Perth Test. On the basis of his century, Kohli became the Indian batsman to score the most Test centuries in Australia. This is Kohli's seventh Test century in Australia, while Sachin had scored six centuries in Australia in his career. Not only this, this was Kohli's first century in Test format in Australia after six years. He had last scored a century in this format on Australian soil in 2018.
