Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been released from jail after three weeks in the Mumbai drug bust case. However, even after his release, the court has put some conditions as to what he cannot do.

Let us tell you that as soon as he left the jail today, he boarded a car already waiting there and reached his home at around 11.30 am. Half an hour before Aryan came out, his father Shah Rukh's bodyguard got down from the already waiting white Range Rover car and stood near the gate of the jail. Since morning, a crowd of fans of Shahrukh Khan had gathered outside the jail.

Aryan Khan and other accused will have to submit their passports before the special NDPS court and will not leave India without the special court's permission. They will have to be present at the NCB office every Friday to mark their attendance. The court said the accused should give prior intimation to the NCB before leaving Mumbai and provide their itinerary.

The court said that if the accused violates any of the conditions, the NCB will "apply directly to the special judge/court for cancellation of his bail."

should not try to influence the witnesses

The court said that the accused shall not personally or through any attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

Should not be involved in similar activities

The court observed that Aryan Khan and the other accused should not indulge in any activities similar to those based on which the present case has been registered against them for offenses under the NDPS Act.

Should not talk to other accused

The HC further said that all three shall not establish any contact with any co-accused in the case or any person involved in similar activities.

Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 and booked under relevant sections of the NDPS Act for possession, consumption, sale/purchase of banned drugs and conspiracy and abetment.
