Shabana Azmi recently broke her silence on kissing Dharmendra onscreen. The actress said in an interview about this, 'I never thought that it would create so much uproar. When we kiss, people are laughing and hooting. It was never an issue while shooting. Indeed, I haven't kissed much on screen before, but who wouldn't want to kiss a handsome man like Dharmendra.'

 

Shabana Azmi shares her husband Javed Akhtar's reaction to her lip kiss with Dharmendra, saying, 'Oh, he didn't mind, but what bothered him was my rowdy behavior. Throughout the film, I was clapping, whistling, and screaming. His reaction to this was such that I do not know the woman sitting next to me, which made me very happy.

 

Talking about the story of the film 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani', revolves around the love of Rani, who belongs to a Bengali family, and Rocky, who comes from a Punjabi family. The family members do not like the love of both. After this, Rocky and Rani get involved in persuading each other's relatives. Meanwhile, the upcoming twists and turns in the story make the audience laugh and emotional as well.

 

'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' is doing well at the box office. With this film, Karan, who returns to direction after seven years, has given a glimpse of his old films. The romantic drama stars Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan in lead roles.
