During this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Draupadi Murmu, and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar paid floral tributes at the memorial 'Sadaiva Atal' of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee has been the Prime Minister of the country thrice. In the year 2014, he was given the country's highest honor 'Bharat Ratna'. He passed away on 16 August 2018 after a prolonged illness. Apart from his long political career, he was very popular for his poetry, cheerful mood, and different style.
