The actor too had to go through a tough road to establish his footing in the industry. Now recently, Ayushmann has shared some anecdotes remembering his days of struggle. So let's know.

Ayushmann wanted to be an actor who sings

Recently, in an interview, Ayushmann recalled his days of struggle and told that he was disappointed after being rejected from the reality show 'Indian Idol' after that the actor worked as a TV host and RJ in many shows. Ayushmann said that he always wanted to be an actor who could sing. Means such an actor, who also has the art of singing.

Hosted many TV shows

Ayushmann said, 'I always wanted to be an actor who sings. Not a singer who acts. My passion and inclination towards music helped me host India's Got Talent and singing shows. However, anchoring and radio were just a step toward my career direction.

Ayushmann succeeded after many rejections

On being rejected in reality shows, Ayushmann said, 'I have not only hosted these reality shows but have almost been a part of them as well. I was rejected from 'Indian Idol 2'. I remember Neha Kakkar and I were rejected probably in 2006. I have gone through rejections. I have seen many rejections before coming to Mumbai and this rejection has made me successful today.
