There is a possibility of intermittent rains in the areas of Delhi-NCR for the next five days. It will be light to moderate rain. A yellow alert for rain has been issued on 8 July. On this day, along with rain, the wind will also blow at a speed of 30-40 kmph. For five days, the maximum temperature will remain between 33 to 36 degrees and the minimum temperature will remain between 26 to 27 degrees.

On the other hand, talking about the NCR area, it is raining heavily in Delhi-Noida and Ghaziabad. According to the Meteorological Department, it is raining in Loni Dehat, Hindon AF Station, Ghaziabad, Indirapuram, Chhapraula, Noida, and Dadri. Apart from this, it is raining in Haryana's Sonepat, Kharkhoda, UP's Baraut, Baghpat, Meerut, Khekra, Modinagar, Kithore, Pilkhuwa, Hapur. Due to heavy rains in Ghaziabad and Noida, the roads have been flooded. The speed of traffic has slowed down due to the rain. In Delhi-NCR, people are leaving their homes to go to the office in the morning, but everyone is facing problems due to the rain.
Electricity failure due to rain in Noida
Due to the sudden rains on Wednesday afternoon, once again many areas had to face power cuts. Many sectors had to face cuts of about two to two and a half hours. There were also complaints of burning of AB cables at some places. In some places, the lights went off due to technical glitches. Apart from this, the power cuts in the rural areas also made people cry a lot. The power supply was completely disrupted in other villages including Bishnauli, Badalpur, Itahada, and Milak Lachhi.
