Bharat Jodo Yatra: Rahul pays tribute to grandmother Indira Gandhi, Bharat Jodo Yatra continues from Buldhana

The Bharat Jodo Yatra, led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, continued on the 13th day of the Maharashtra phase on Saturday. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi paid tribute to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her birth anniversary during Bharat Jodo Yatra. A large number of women are expected to participate in the foot march to mark the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

 

 

 The yatra participants started the day's yatra at 6.00 am from Gajanan Dada Patil market yard at Shegaon in Buldhana district and left for Jalamb. The foot march will pass through Bhastan and will take a night halt at Jalgaon Jamod town in the district.

The party informed that women from self-help groups (SHGs) and women elected representatives will join the yatra on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the late PM Indira Gandhi. On the way, Rahul Gandhi interacted with the residents while he was walking with them.

 

The yatra will enter Madhya Pradesh at Burhanpur on Sunday night. The foot march reached Maharashtra from Telangana on November 7 and covered the districts of Nanded, Hingoli, Washim, Akola, and Buldhana, covering 15 assembly and six parliamentary constituencies.
