There is an election in Bihar. Voting is to be held in three phases. Voting is going on in 94 seats of the second phase. Voting started late due to EVM malfunction in several booths in 5 districts. Earlier, the BJP sent SMS to appeal to increase voting because of bad voting percentage till 10 am. Did not campaign in this, but after 2 hours sending a lump sum message from AD-BJPBIH said that the vote percentage in your area is low, get more and more voting to win BJP.
