Dr. Arora says that according to the serosurvey, the country has also increased its capabilities because of the old experiences. So it is expected that the new challenge can be dealt with. He said that the third wave in the country will not be as dangerous as the second wave.

4- He said that in India, doses of the corona vaccine are being given to people at a rapid pace. In this sequence, 154.61 crore vaccines have been administered so far. About 64 crore people in India have taken both doses of the vaccine. More than 46 percent of people in the country have taken adequate doses of the corona vaccine. At the same time, a total of 5,488 cases of Omicron, a new variant of the deadly coronavirus, have been reported in India. Because of the new variants, restrictions have been implemented in many states across the country.
