Justice Khanwilkar told AG's K Venugopal - If you make a policy different from last year, then give us solid reasons for this.

Petitioner - There is a need to speed up the process. Otherwise, the students who are going to apply abroad will face problems.

Bench- We will discuss this issue on Thursday.

Justice Khanwilkar again asked the Attorney General - Why can't the previous arrangements be made this time?

Attorney General- Do you want us to give you a reason for this?

Bench- Yes, of course, give reasons why you cannot implement last year's system?

Attorney General - OK

Bench- We have no problem with your decision, but if you give a different arrangement from last year, then we just need a solid reason, so that we can investigate that reason.

Bench- The decision taken last year was taken with much debate and deliberation. So whatever decision is taken this year, it should be taken with some good and strong reason.

The decision can be taken in the meeting of education minister

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank is scheduled to meet with CBSE on 1 June. It is expected that a decision can be taken in this meeting. Earlier in the meeting, CBSE had kept 2 options for the exam. Some media reports have claimed that there will be the 12th examination. Its dates and format are not yet decided. At the same time, the decision to conduct class 12th exams in the state has been left to their board.

300 students wrote letters to CJI

Earlier on 25 May, 300 students of the CBSE 12th class wrote a letter to Chief Justice NV Ramana.
