There will be a serosurvey in Delhi every month

 

Delhi Health Minister Satendra Jain said on Wednesday that the government will conduct a serological survey every month. So that it can be found out how many people have got antibodies against Covid-19 and how much more coronavirus has spread in Delhi. this survey will be done in the first five days of every month from August.

 

The announcement was made a day after the results of the first serosurvey conducted in Delhi by the National Center for Disease Control. In which it was found that out of 21,287 people who participated in the survey, 22.86 percent have been exposed to the virus.

'Muslim refugees become Christians to take advantage of CAA'

According to the Economic Times, due to the Citizenship Act (CAA), many Afghan and Rohingya Muslim refugees are converting to Christianity so that they can gain Indian citizenship.

 

According to the experts of the case, the central agencies have alerted the government about this. He said that the agencies have told about 25 cases of Afghan Muslims converting to Christianity.

 

The law passed from Parliament last year came into force from January 10 this year. Under which non-Muslim refugees from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan can apply for Indian citizenship. Adeeb Ahmed, head of an Afghan church in South Delhi, said that after the CAA, there was an increase in the number of Afghan Muslims who want to convert to Christianity.

 

According to official statistics, one lakh fifty thousand to one lakh sixty thousand Afghan Muslim refugees live in different areas of Delhi. Apart from this, around forty thousand Rohingya Muslims have taken refuge all over the country. Most of whom live in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to reports in Pakistani media including Geo News, the Government of Pakistan has requested the court in its application to appoint a lawyer for Jadhav so that Pakistan can fulfill its responsibility to implement the international court's decision.
