Corona In India : 622 districts lost no lives in the last 7 days; During this time 80% of deaths occurred in only 10 districts of Maharashtra, Kerala, and Karnataka.

New cases of corona and death in the country continue to decline rapidly. The good news is that out of 741 districts in the country, there are 622 districts where no deaths due to infection have been recorded since the last 7 days. The highest number of deaths in these 7 days have been reported from 10 districts of Maharashtra, Kerala, and Karnataka. If you look at the figures, 80% of people have lost their lives in these 10 districts in the last week. However, here too, a 90% decline has been registered in comparison to the number of deaths every day in the past. Meaning earlier, 10 to 25 people lost their lives in these 10 districts every day, now 1-5 deaths are happening here.

 

527 people lost their lives within the last 7 days

According to statistics, within the last 7 days, 527 people have died due to corona across the country. Of these, about 425 deaths have occurred in Maharashtra, Kerala, and Karnataka. Maharashtra, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Thane, Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Kollam, and Bengaluru in Karnataka have also lost their lives. Less than 10 thousand cases and less than 100 deaths on Thursday

On Thursday, 9,353 people were found corona positive across the country and 85 people lost their lives. During this period, 15 thousand 722 people have been recovered. So far more than 18 million 80 thousand people have been found corona infected. Among them, more than 1 crore 5 lakh 87 thousand people have been cured, while 1 lakh 55 thousand 484 patients have died. Right now 1 lakh 33 thousand 86 patients are being treated.

 

Corona updates

India has also overtaken the United States and Britain in the case of vaccination against Corona. India has become the fastest to apply vaccines to 7 million people. India achieved this figure in 26 days. America 27 and Britain reached this figure in 48 days. On Thursday, 4 lakh 13 thousand 752 people were vaccinated with Corona. So far 74.30 lakh people have been vaccinated. These include 57.90 lakh healthcare and 16.40 lakh frontline workers.

 

Despite a population of 138 crores and all the adverse circumstances, India has overcome the corona in a short time. The result is that till December, where more than 11 thousand people were found infected in every 10 lakh population, now 7830 patients are being found. There has also been a decline in death cases. By December 31, 168 people were losing lives in every 10 lakh population in the country, now it has come down to 112.

 

Dr. Samiran Panda, the Epidemiologist and Scientist of Communicable Diseases of ICMR, has warned. Said, 'It is clear from the national serosurvey that the threat is still not averted for about 75% of the people in the country.' At present only one lakh 43 thousand (1.32%) of the total patients are active patients. If the average number of deaths are seen in the last one week, then this number has also been reduced to 96.

 

State of 5 states

 

1. Delhi

 

142 new patients were found here on Thursday. 135 patients recovered and two people died. So far, 6.36 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 6.24 lakh patients have been cured, while 10,886 patients have died. 1051 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

2. Madhya Pradesh

 

169 new patients were found here on Thursday. 199 patients recovered and one lost his life. So far, 2.57 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 2.51 lakh patients have been cured, while 3,828 patients have died. 1920 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

3. Gujarat

 

285 new patients were found here on Thursday. 302 patients recovered and two people died. So far 2.64 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 2.58 lakh patients have been cured, while 4,399 patients have died. 1,781 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

4. Rajasthan

 

111 new patients were found here on Thursday. 174 patients recovered and two lost their lives. So far, 3.18 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 3.14 lakh patients have been cured, while 2,779 patients have died. 1,385 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

5. Maharashtra

 

652 new patients were found here on Thursday. 6,107 patients recovered and 25 lost their lives. So far 20.52 lakh people have been infected. Of these, 19.70 lakh patients have been cured, while 51,415 patients have died. 30,265 patients are undergoing treatment.
