The ministry further stated that they would receive three lakh more vaccines in the next three days.
The central government has so far provided more than 22.46 crore vaccine supplements to states and union territories through free channels and direct state procurement.

During a Corona review meeting on 21 May, the Union Minister had stated that between August and December 2021, India would purchase 216 million vaccine supplements. While 51 crore doses will be procured by July this year.
