Corona patients with no symptoms or mild symptoms will now have to remain isolated or quarantined at their homes for only 7 days instead of 14 days. Not only this, in the latest guidelines of the Union Health Ministry, the scale of oxygen saturation has also been changed from 94% to 93%.

According to the guideline, the beginning of these 7 days of isolation will be considered from the day the corona test report comes positive. If the patient does not get a fever for 3 consecutive days during isolation, then he will be considered corona negative from the eighth day. This investigation of corona will also not be necessary.

India is the third major country after the US and the UK which has reduced the days of isolation.

The number of infected with the Omicron variant is increasing continuously in the country. On Thursday, the number of corona patients received daily crossed one lakh.
