CTET 2022: How long can the wait for the notification be over, and how much can be successful in scoring?

Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is one of the biggest teacher eligibility examinations in the country and lakhs of aspirants fulfill their dream of becoming teachers by taking part in it. Candidates who are waiting to appear in the next edition of CTET can get good news soon. In fact, according to various media reports, CBSE may release the notification for the next CTET at the end of September or in the first week of October. It is worth noting that according to a notice issued by CBSE, the 16th edition of CTET i.e. CTET 2022 is to be conducted in December 2022. All the candidates who score 60 percent or more in CTET are considered successful in this exam. It is an eligibility test. Therefore, the number of posts is not fixed in this and all the candidates who score more than 60 percentile are considered passed in this exam. It is noteworthy that in Paper 1 of CTET, 30 questions are asked on the subject of Child Development and Pedagogy, 30 questions from Language-1, 30 questions from Language-2, 30 questions from Mathematics, and 30 questions from Environmental Studies. Whereas in Paper 2, 30 questions are asked from Child Development and Pedagogy, 30 questions from Language-1, 30 questions from Language-2, and 60 questions from Mathematics and Science or Social Studies and Social Science.

While issuing a notice related to CTET 2022, CBSE told the candidates that this exam will be conducted in December. Along with this, the board had also informed that like last time this exam will also be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. According to this notice, questions will be asked in 20 languages ​​from the candidates in CTET. Candidates should keep an eye on its official website for updates related to CTET 2022.
