December is the Best month to buy a car on a huge discount.

Chennai: in December lots of manufacturer companies offers huge discounts on their vehicles between Rs 25,000-1Lakh. Car financers say this December has been “Better than usual with the last 3-days witnessing increased demand.”

The head marketing sales of Maruti Suzuki Said, “There has been no fundamental change in the market so the demand is being primarily driven by discounts and the occasional new model but this December we expect growth to be better than last year because some of the November demand has been postponed to catch the december deals and some of the new year demand brought forward in anticipation of the Excise duty being rolled back.”

Senior EVP business head, vehicle loans, Ashok Khanna said, “Demand has seen some traction in the last 3-4days probably in anticipation of an upcoming inauspicious period which will stretch from December 16 to January 13. Also discounts levels on offer are coming the highest seen by the industry with some models attracting Rs 50,000-1 Lakh off.”
